FOOD STAMPS (SNAP) – KENTUCKY
The Kentucky food assistance program uses electronic transfer debit cards to dispense benefits to qualified low income people. Food debit cards can be used anywhere that SNAP food benefits are accepted. In order to be accepted into the program and receive a food debit card, it is necessary to first apply at your local state-run office that facilitates the SNAP program.
