Medical Malpractice

Negligence, a form of carelessness, committed by a professional health care provider resulting in injury to the patient. In legal terms, the actions or omissions of the health care provider fell beneath the accepted “standard of care” within their community and within the health providers specific specialty. This can include hospitals, doctors, dentists, or nurses.
