In Forma Pauperis

A person who is unable to pay court filing fees or costs may petition the court to be allowed to proceed under the status “in forma pauperis” (too poor to pay) and if the judge is convinced of the persons financial condition, the court will grant the request. At that point party should ask the clerk of the court for forms that the party submits to be allowed to proceed with the court action without having to pay court costs and fees.
