Expatriate

An expatriate is defined as a person who is residing in another country and whom is not a citizen of that country. Sometimes called expats, these travelers often select nations with a lower cost-of-living than their own country of origin. With the international and expansive reach of the Internet, may Americans are choosing to work and retire abroad as expatriates.
