Disorderly Conduct

Specific actions that disturb the quiet enjoyment of others. A typical example of such conduct is being drunk in public and causing a disturbance. Most states consider this the same as disturbing the peace. Most of the time the crime is charged as a misdemeanor and in some jurisdictions a mere infraction.
