FAQ

What is a subpoena?

A subpoena is order from the Court or from another attorney that requires a person's presence in Court. It must be complied with, or a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest.

A subpoena can also be used by your attorney to compel a witness or evidence into court on behalf of your defense.
