Successful Pre-Trial Motions

Pre-trial Motions are the tools which we use to strip away the prosecutions case, or limit introduction of harmful evidence, or exclude damaging witnesses from testifying against you. They serve to present to the prosecutor the strength and the aggressiveness of your defense.
